010Pic (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application, 010Pic.
We collect the following types of information:
- Photos: If you choose to upload images, we access selected media files to allow you to save and organize them in the app. Uploaded photos are stored securely in cloud storage (via Cloudflare). When you delete an image, it is permanently removed from cloud storage.
- User Account Data: If you register or sign in, we collect your email address or username to personalize and secure your experience.
- Purchase Information: We collect non-sensitive purchase-related information through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions.
- Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage data to improve app performance and user experience.
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the app
- Manage subscriptions and purchases
- Improve app functionality and performance
- Respond to customer support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Services
We may use the following services, which have their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Billing – for managing subscriptions
- RevenueCat – for handling in-app purchases and entitlements
- Cloudflare – for secure storage and delivery of uploaded photos (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption of your photos in cloud storage and secure handling of personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data or account through the application. When you delete an image or your account, the associated photos are permanently removed from cloud storage.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of major changes by updating the effective date.
